Yoga for Adults

I currently offer three public adult yoga classes, two at the Neston Community & Youth Centre on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings, and one at the Climbing Hut in Ellesmere Port on Thursday evenings.

All classes are gentle flow yoga with deep stretches, balance work and strength building partnered with breathwork and mindfulness.

The Climbing Hut class is designed with climbers in mind, but the class is open to everyone - even if you aren’t a climber - as the benefits can be experienced not just on the mat and wall, but in all areas of our lives.

Beginners and experienced yoga students are always welcome.

I have been going to one of Jen’s small group yoga classes for several months now and thoroughly enjoy them. Jen is incredibly welcoming, relaxed and calm, bringing both tranquility to the sessions, as well as energy and fun. I’m not a particularly coordinated individual, but Jen’s effortless and patient explanations make it so easy to follow. Challenging yet relaxing, I come out of each session feeling invigorated and clear-headed. I thoroughly recommend going to one of Jen’s classes.
